Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale set out the terms under which 3D Scanning Source (a trading name of Formeon Ltd.) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) sells digital goods to customers (“you” or “your”) within the United Kingdom. By purchasing any digital goods from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of sale.
Please read them carefully alongside our Terms of Use and Service Agreement.
1. Digital Goods
Our products consist of digital files, including 3D scan data and/or 3D CAD data, provided in electronic format. Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to your purchased files either through a download link or by email, where appropriate.
All digital goods are supplied “as is”, and while we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy and usability, we do not guarantee that the files will be compatible with all software or systems.
2. Orders and Payment
All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes where relevant. Payment must be made in full before access to any digital goods is granted.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. By submitting payment, you confirm that the card used belongs to you or that you have the cardholder’s authorisation.
3. Delivery & Goods in Transit
Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive access to your digital files via download link or email (as appropriate). Delivery is deemed complete once the download link has been made available or the email has been sent.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to network interruptions or third-party service issues.
We are not liable for any lost or damaged items in the whilst they are in the delivery network and items are sent at the customers own risk. Insurance can be requested with extra costs being covered by the customer.
4. Revisions and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are offered once a file has been delivered.
At our discretion, we may provide up to three rounds of revisions to address reasonable issues identified by you. Requests for revisions must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Revisions beyond this period, or beyond the three-round limit, may incur additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the digital goods shall belong to you, the customer, upon full payment.
However, we retain the right to use anonymised or modified versions of any data for internal testing, training, or quality assurance purposes, provided such use does not include or disclose your confidential information.
6. Use of Digital Goods
You are responsible for ensuring that any digital goods purchased from us are used lawfully and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law.
